From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from Joseba, despite the language barrier, made us feel right at home. His kindness extended to the point of personally ensuring we made it to the train station on time, showcasing a level of care rarely seen. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect - from the charming private terrace overlooking the serene stream, where we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, to the cozy heating that provided the perfect ambiance for a restful night's sleep. Our elderly parents were particularly touched by the sweet gestures of the hosts, who went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and valued, a gesture that truly set this stay apart. the modern amenities such as the flat-screen TV and the thoughtfully provided free toiletries added a touch of luxury to our rural retreat. the location near the Fronton, where we unexpectedly enjoyed a local Basque celebration, added an unforgettable cultural touch to our visit. This hidden gem in Orio not only offers a beautiful setting but also a genuine sense of hospitality that is hard to come by.
